About the maker: Using the finest cacao, and a modern take on traditional European techniques, Dick Taylor is able to fully realize the potential of the beans they source. All of their chocolate is carefully crafted in their factory in Northern California.

This delicious treat is made by roasting hazelnuts and coating them in a rich, buttery toffee, followed by a generous layer of their 65% Tanzania dark chocolate.
